Account details you give us (such as your name, email address and mobile number), business details for registered businesses (such as business name, contact numbers and trading location), and order and enquiry details so orders can be placed and fulfilled. We also collect basic technical information about how the platform is used.

To operate the marketplace: create and verify your account, list your business, process orders and payments, send order-related notifications, and keep the platform secure and working. Marketing messages are only sent with your consent, and you can withdraw it at any time.

We share your information only as needed to run the platform: for example, your name and contact number go to the business you ordered from so they can fulfil your order. We do not sell personal information, and we only disclose it where the law requires.

We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect personal information against loss, misuse and unauthorised access.
